This book contains 75 thought-provoking reflections on life that I wish my younger queer self had known. It is a meaningful read for any young adult questioning life and seeking new perspectives. It is also an exceptional resource for anyone reflecting on their own life’s journey. We deal with so much internal conflict without much support, keeping quiet instead of connecting. We have other choices!
I want this book to serve as a guide for those whose family support, for whatever reason, looks less traditional. For the children who aged out of foster care, the individuals whose families left them behind, and those whose loved ones never truly had the opportunity to know them. It is for anyone searching for belonging, connection, and a chosen family.
